REGISTRATION

After registration you will receive an email within a few working days with the most important information and the fees you have to pay. With your transfer of the fees the registration is fixed. After remittance you will receive a confirmation of registration.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Participation is open to owners of GRABNER, SEMPERIT, METZELER & BIG PACK boats of all types and years of construction. Other makes are not authorised.

In July and August there is a ban on petrol motorboats on Lake Traunsee, so boats with petrol engines cannot take part (but with electric motors). Only boats without a motor can take part in the river trip.

The GRABNER company takes over the organisation and management of the event, as well as the contacts to the Ebensee sailing club, the bus company and the Austrian water rescue service.

COSTS

Participation in the event is FREE for owners of the above makes.Participants are responsible for travelling to and from the event, accommodation, food and drink, as well as infrastructure fees per person and other expenses.

INFRASTRUCTURE FEE

An infrastructure fee is charged for the use of the facilities of the Ebensee Sailing Club, the coach trip and the ÖWR safety personnel.
The very favourable amount per person is: € 30,-

The collection is done by the company GRABNER. The company GRABNER forwards the infrastructure fee to the Sailing Club Ebensee and assumes the risk of cancellation towards the club.

The event will take place in any weather condition. The fee can only be refunded in case of elementary events (e.g. flooded facility due to high water).

FOOD

Breakfast and dinner are ordered in portions from a catering company. To be able to arrange, the desired number of portions must be ordered at the time of registration.

Breakfast € 10,- per portion (Sat, Sun, from 07:30 in the clubhouse)
(2x bread roll, jam, cheese, ham, coffee, orange juice)

Lunch: Prices according to the menu on site (Fri, Sat, Sun)
(snacks sausages, goulash, etc., drinks)

Dinner € 18,- per portion (Fri, Sat, 19:00 in the clubhouse) choice of 3 dishes:
Friday: Wiener Schnitzel, Curry-Geschnetzeltes, vegetarian Schnitzel | + Dessert
Saturday: Roast pork, Lasagne, vegetarian Lasagne | + Dessert

The collection is done by the company GRABNER.

CARAVAN/MOBILE, CAMPING 

• Tent € 10,- / per night
• Camper / caravan € 15,- / per night
• Electricity* € 6,- / per night

*ATTENTION: Electricity insufficient for air conditioning and heating.

Payment on site at the sailing club.

CANCELLATION, NON-PARTICIPATION

If you cancel by Sunday June 30, you will be refunded any fees already paid.
In case of cancellation at a later date or non-participation, paid fees will be retained as cancellation fee.

Ordered food can be changed or cancelled until June 9. In case of cancellation at a later date or non-attendance, the paid meal cannot be refunded. (The food will be pre-ordered portions exactly).

PARTICIPANT RISK

By attending and actively participating in the BOAT OWNERS' MEETING, each participant confirms that their participation is at their own risk. The GRABNER company or the Ebensee Sailing Club assume no liability or risk, regardless of the title.

COMPULSORY LIFEJACKET

At the event, life jackets are mandatory on the water. (available from € 65,- in the GRABNER Onlineshop)

PHOTO AND FILM APPROVAL

Photos and films are taken during the event. These will be used afterwards on the internet and in advertising material. By the fact of the participation in the HAPPY CAT sailor meeting you confirm that you have no objection, if YOU and/or your boat are to be seen on this documentation.

At the same time you are assured that neither name, address nor other data will be passed on outside the GRABNER company.

It is planned that a film will be made about the meeting, so that you will have a nice memory.
